An established construction and property development group is seeking a Junior Architect to join its team in Birkirkara. The successful candidate will support the planning, design and development of residential and commercial projects, working closely with senior team members, Periti, consultants and other stakeholders.
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the preparation and development of architectural drawings, plans and design documentation.
- Support planning applications, permit submissions and coordination with relevant authorities.
- Assist with site visits, project inspections and monitoring progress against approved designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist with construction documentation, design revisions and project follow-ups.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate and maintained up to date.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM
Requirements
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design software, such as AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, planning processes and construction documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to work effectively within a team.
Education and experience
- Degree in Architecture
- Previous experience in architecture, construction or property development is an asset.
