We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects. You will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to bring our brand to life through visual elements.
Responsibilities
Create visually engaging marketing assets such as presentation demos, social media visuals, infographics, and other promotional materials as needed.
Produce designs that translate complex telecom concepts and technical terminology into clear, attractive visuals.
Collaborate closely with commercial teams to develop creative content for websites, press releases, product launches, and events.
Work with the HR team to design materials for internal communications, company events, merchandise, employee gifts, and team-building activities.
Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, merchandise, and communications.
Handle multiple design projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met.
Keep up to date with current design trends and relevant technological developments.
Liaise with external suppliers (such as printers) to ensure high-quality output and brand alignment.
Support management by preparing visuals and materials for executive reports and board presentations.
Take on additional related tasks as required from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a graphic design or similar role, ideally within the telecom or technology sector.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Video editing skills are considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Maltese is beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Self-driven, proactive, and creative, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
Capable of turning ideas into effective and visually compelling design solutions.
