We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of projects. You will work closely with our marketing and branding teams to bring our brand to life through visual elements.
Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging marketing assets such as presentation demos, social media visuals, infographics, and other promotional materials as needed.
- Produce designs that translate complex telecom concepts and technical terminology into clear, attractive visuals.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to develop creative content for websites, press releases, product launches, and events.
- Work with the HR team to design materials for internal communications, company events, merchandise, employee gifts, and team-building activities.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, merchandise, and communications.
- Handle multiple design projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Keep up to date with current design trends and relevant technological developments.
- Liaise with external suppliers (such as printers) to ensure high-quality output and brand alignment.
- Support management by preparing visuals and materials for executive reports and board presentations.
- Take on additional related tasks as required from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a graphic design or similar role, ideally within the telecom or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Video editing skills are considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Maltese is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-driven, proactive, and creative, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Capable of turning ideas into effective and visually compelling design solutions.
