Architect

Our client is an established construction and manufacturing company, is seeking an Architect. Due to continued growth, they are creating this new role to lead projects from concept through to completion.

The Main Responsibilities include: 

• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee projects from initial concept through to final completion.  
• Permits & Liaison: Prepare permit applications and liaise with local authorities.
• Collaboration: Partner internally with engineers, project managers, site managers, and a quantity surveyor.  
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues.  
• Design & Documentation: Create detailed drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7AM-4PM 

Requirements

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Fluency in Maltese is considered as a huge asset
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Valid Driving License Category B

Education and experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Malta
• Local project experience is required
