Senior Corporate Services Executive

Our client, an international Corporate Service Provider is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Services Executive to join their team:

Main responsibilities :

• Independently manage a portfolio of clients and companies, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of corporate administration services.
• Act as the main day-to-day client contact, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring requests are handled efficiently.
• Manage corporate matters, including incorporations, restructurings, changes in officers or ownership, share transfers and issuances, changes in share capital, and dissolutions.
• Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of agendas, board packs, resolutions, supporting documents and accurate meeting minutes.
• Monitor statutory, regulatory and contractual deadlines, ensuring timely completion of filings, annual returns and other corporate obligations.
• Proactively identify client requirements, outstanding matters and potential risks, providing guidance on routine corporate governance and administration matters.
• Liaise with legal, tax, accounting and other professional advisers to facilitate the effective management of client matters.
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the Head of Corporate Services or relevant legal and compliance professionals.
• Review corporate documentation and work prepared by junior colleagues to ensure accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Four to five years of relevant experience in corporate services, company administration, legal services, financial services or a similar environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in Maltese is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients and coordinating board or shareholder meetings.
