Senior Corporate Executive

Our client, a well known corporate services provider, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Executive to join their team. 

Responsibilities:  

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day client requests related to their companies.
• Apply statutory obligations, company law, and regulatory frameworks in a practical, client-focused manner.
• Provide clients with well-rounded guidance by interpreting legal, accounting, and fiscal principles and identifying their implications.
• Contribute to strategic discussions by understanding the broader business context in which clients operate.
• Attend corporate client meetings and accurately record minutes.
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of corporate clients
• Collect and verify due diligence as part of KYC (Know Your Client) procedures.
• Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in service delivery.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Maltese company law and the responsibilities of a company secretary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Maltese.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Education and Experience

• At least 3 years experience in a Maltese Corporate Service provider in a similar senior position
