Legal and Corporate Operations Officer

Our client, forming part of the Energy Sector, is looking to recruit a Legal & Corporate Operations Officer to join their growing team. This role would be on a part time/reduced hour basis. 

Responsibilities: 

• Supporting in the day to day operations 
• Assisting with handling contracts, corporate documentations and administrative processes 
• Supporting with stakeholders and service providers
• Handling any operational and compliance related matters
• Supporting with corporate administration duties 
• Supporting with signing and authorised representative activities 
• Coordinating with international partners 

Salary indication is based on full time and worked out prorated according to the hours. 

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of local experience working in a legal or corporate admin role
• Excellent verbal and written English

• Ideally holding a Degree level of education or equivalent
