Junior Corporate Administrator

Our client , a local CSP is looking to recruit a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their team.

Main responsibilities :

• Maintain both electronic and manual filing systems relating to the Malta Business Registry (MBR).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Maintain statutory company records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Record and monitor funds received and disbursed with accuracy.
• Prepare corporate documents for review and coordinate their execution and submission to the relevant authorities.
• Assist with periodic and ad hoc reviews of client files to ensure compliance and completeness.
• Provide administrative and compliance support to colleagues on corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar corporate administration, company secretarial, or compliance role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Malta Business Registry (MBR) filing procedures and an understanding of company secretarial functions will be considered an advantage.
