Our client, a leading company in Malta is hiring a General Manager to lead the company’s next stage of growth and performance.
The Role
The role reports directly to the Executive Chairman and focuses on strategy, operations, and financial management.
The successful candidate will oversee all business functions to ensure efficiency, profitability, and sustainable expansion.
You will develop strategic plans, improving operations, and driving commercial growth opportunities.
You will also manage budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance monitoring.
Leadership is a major aspect of the role, including building and motivating a high-performing management team.
You will maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
Experience in the FMCG, or a related sector is considered a strong advantage for applicants
Candidates with senior management experience and qualifications in business, management, finance, or related fields will be preferred.
Strong commercial acumen and a successful track record in driving business growth and profitability are essential requirements.
Candidates should also possess excellent financial, operational, and strategic management skills, while being resilient and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
