Corporate Services Executive

Our client, a Corporate Service Provider is looking for a Corporate Services Executive to join their Corporate Team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing a portfolio of clients and handling all requested related to their companies 
• Handling the setting up of clients and ensure all data and due diligence is up to date 
• Maintaining company registers 
• Corresponding with lawyers, accountants, auditors on behalf of your clients 
• Closely communicating with MBR and authorities 
• Attending and preparing for board meetings and client meetings 
• Handling corporate actions, including share transfers, allotments and issuance of shares, changes in share capital, changes in directors and company secretary 
• Handling changes in registered office 
• Preparing corporate documentation including board and shareholder resolutions 

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Administration, in a similar industry such as Legal or CSPs
• Excellent verbal and written English
