Corporate Administrator

Our client a small CSP is looking for a Corporate Administrator 

Responsibilities: 

•  Assisting with client onboarding documentation;
• Liaising with clients in relation to corporate duties such as preparation and submission of certain Malta Business Registry forms;
•  Maintaining client data (both personal and compliance related information) within the firm’s primary database system;
• Support with preparation of corporate and compliance documents such as Share Transfers /drafting of M&A and KYC support;
• Sending sales invoices and chasing payments from clients
• Maintaining mailbook register;
• Managing office supplies and similar duties, such as taking care of the office petty cash;
• Ensure filing systems are adequately maintained (both hardcopy and softcopy);
• Supports with casting of draft audit financial statements, printing same, and preparation of client documents;
•  Assuming a PA position when needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Corporate Services Provider environment is considered an asset.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask depending on the exigencies;
