Client Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join the team. 

Duties include: 

• Collaborate with two other Managers on complex corporate client matters and projects.
• Communicate directly with international clients, banks, accounting firms, and law firms.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring they remain in good standing with all relevant authorities.
• Oversee and ensure top-tier corporate governance and compliance for client entities.
• Arrange for accounting, corporate and tax advice in coordination with internal and external advisors.
• Assist with, or coordinate the drafting and reviewing of agreements in collaboration with in-house or external legal counsel as may be required.
• Ensure full compliance with all accounting, tax, and legal requirements, delivering services in a timely and professional manner.
• Support your team whenever clients require accounting, corporate, legal, or tax advisory services, coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Stay updated on local compliance requirements, particularly those related to AML and CSP licensing.
• Liaise with and support the compliance function, including the MLRO, risk officer and compliance officer.
• Participate in or coordinate special projects in accounting, corporate, legal, or tax areas, as appropriate or of interest.
• Plan, organise and lead board meetings for all complex corporate clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a legal or corporate services firm, ideally within Malta and in a similar role.
• Experienced with a strong background in corporate services.
• Solid understanding of Maltese accounting, tax, legal, or corporate services.
• Local experience is required
