Our client, in the Gaming Industry is looking for a MLRO and AML Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
AML and Regulatory Compliance:
- Updating the AML/CFT and sanction policies
- Acting as MLRO for regulated markets
- Preparing and submitting SARs, STRs and any other report needed
- Handling all queries from regulators, auditors and any stakeholders
- Ensuring that all is up to date with any regulations
Risk Management and Governance:
- Review and ensure that the risk assessments and sanction risk assessments are up to date
- Leading and overseeing the risk controls
- Advising on AML/CFT and sanction risks that are linked to new products and new markets
- Escalating anything that is needed
Leading:
- Supporting and developing the team
- Leading all KPIs of the department
- Leading and coordinating any AML/CFT audits
- Tracking all audit findings
- Handling all training needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as an MLRO, Deputy MLRO, Financial Crime Manager, Senior Aml or holding a similar role locally
- Solid understanding of EU AML frameworks, risk based approach and sanctions
- Candidate would require to hold a Key Function for this role
- Candidates coming from the IGaming industry would be given priority
