As a Manager, you will lead end-to-end financial due diligence engagements, delivering high-quality insights that support investment decisions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading buy-side, sell-side and vendor due diligence engagements from planning through reporting.
- Managing project scope, timelines and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Overseeing key financial analyses, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow and forecasts, while identifying key risks, opportunities and deal considerations.
- Acting as the primary client contact, leading management discussions and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Managing, coaching and developing team members to ensure consistent delivery and technical excellence.
- Supporting business development through proposals, client relationship management and identifying opportunities to grow the transaction diligence practice.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years' experience in financial due diligence, with a proven track record of leading buy-side and sell-side engagements.
- Strong understanding of transaction mechanics, financial analysis and identifying key business risks and value drivers.
- Experience managing multiple engagements, leading client relationships and delivering commercial insights that support decision-making.
- Previous experience in handling Financial Due Diligence with Mergers and Acquisiations is a must
