Our client is a corporate services provider who are looking for a Due Diligence Officer to join their growing AML team.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate with internal service lines to conduct due diligence reviews efficiently, ensuring alignment with AFC management direction and firm policies.
Perform customer reviews with a focus on high-risk clients and complex legal structures, including analysing adverse media and preparing reports.
Support the implementation and monitoring of AML/CFT controls, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Act as a key point of contact for interns and junior officers, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day operational support.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist management in implementing new policies, procedures, and systems.
Manage and support KYCP updates and related backend changes while ensuring compliance with established AML and compliance procedures.
Requirements
2+ years of local experience in a similar role
Experience in due diligence reviews of legal entities and complex structures is a must.
Have knowledge of local and international AML/CFT regulations.
Have a good command of both English, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience
Hold, or be in the process of obtaining, a qualification in a relevant field.
