Office Cleaner

Our pharmaceutical client is looking for an office cleaner, who will also be responsible for office stocks on cleaning and office supplies.

Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Maintaining cleanliness across administrative offices, communal spaces, and Quality Control (QC) laboratories, while managing core office supply inventories.
• Performs routine cleaning, floor care, surface sanitization, and waste collection across office spaces, meeting rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
• Maintains dedicated hygiene standards in QC laboratory support areas, sanitizing benchtops, sinks, and common lab floors without interfering with testing equipment or samples.
• Monitors, tracks, and manages inventory levels of general office supplies (paper, stationery, printer toner, breakroom supplies) and places reorders to ensure continuous availability.
• Restocks printers, meeting room supplies, coffee stations, and hygiene stations across office suites and laboratory entrance points on a daily basis.
• Receives, unpacks, and organizes deliveries of office consumables, cleaning chemicals, and facility supplies into designated storage rooms.
• Logs routine cleaning checklists and inventory logs in accordance with facility management requirements.
• Safely handles and disposes of routine office waste, recycling, and non-hazardous laboratory trash following site protocols.
• Conducts periodic stock audits of cleaning solutions and office inventory to prevent shortages and minimize waste.

• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• A responsible, reliable and detail-oriented approach
• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role will be considered an asset
