A luxury spa resort hotel in Paphos is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Housekeeper to join its team and take full responsibility for overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall supervision of the Housekeeping Department
Planning and coordination of daily housekeeping operations (rooms and public areas)
Training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of housekeeping staff
Ensuring compliance with the hotel’s cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
Management of linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping inventory
Collaboration with other departments (Front Office, Maintenance, Spa) to ensure smooth hotel operations
Handling guest requests and resolving housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Proven managerial and leadership skills
Strong ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Education and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
