Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Business Developer to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support the expansion of their commercial offering.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to support new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences and industry functions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure all business development activities align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or similar
- Strong relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales, ideally financial solutions
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
- Experience working within either the banking, payments, fintech or similar industry
