An established international hospitality group is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Support Manager. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting business performance across the organization by leading business initiatives, coordinating projects, analyzing operational and financial performance, and implementing systems and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead operational and commercial projects from planning to rollout, including property launches, refurbishments, and system implementations.
Performance & Reporting: Analyze financial and operational KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, payroll, food costs) to deliver actionable insights to executives.
Commercial Support: Review P&L statements, build financial models, and recommend cost-saving or revenue-generating initiatives.
Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of PMS, POS, and workforce management systems.
Operational & HR Support: Conduct property reviews to enforce group standards, and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts.
