This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a commercially intelligent relationship builder who can become a trusted adviser to independent hotel owners.
The successful candidate will not be selling a product, they will be helping business owners understand opportunities, overcome challenges and make informed commercial decisions through education, insight and genuine partnership.

As Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will develop relationships with independent hotel owners and senior decision makers across the DACH region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the chosen candidate will:
- Identifying and qualifying suitable hotel partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Building trust-based relationships with owners, managing directors and commercial stakeholders.
- Understanding individual business challenges and presenting relevant solutions.
- Explaining commercial benefits, operational improvements and return-on-investment opportunities.
- Managing opportunities from initial conversation through to partnership agreement.
- Maintaining a structured CRM process and providing market insight to the leadership team.
- Working closely with marketing and operational teams to support international growth.

- Self-motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial in mindset.
- Comfortable working independently while helping build something from the ground up.
- A strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
- Professional, thoughtful and highly credible when dealing with senior decision makers.
- Naturally curious with the ability to understand how businesses operate.

Education and experience
- Experience in hospitality, business development, consulting, finance, partnerships or another relationship-led commercial role would be advantageous.
- German language skills and experience working within the DACH market would be highly desirable.
- Able to adapt to the expectations and culture of the German-speaking business environment.
- Commercially sharp with confidence discussing business figures and opportunities.
