Our client, forming part of a Group of Companies, is looking for a Treasury Officer, to handle cashier as well as treasury duties. Responsibilities:
- Handling all receipts and payments for the group
- Analysing the proper posting
- Preparing a daily summery of bank movement reports
- Posting all the cheques and debit advices on a local and international front for all the group
- Handling all individual bank credit advices, cash receipts as well as deposits daily
- Depositing all cash and cheques receipts of all the group
- Handling all cash reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis
- Being responsible for the petty cash
- Handling all cash disbursements and chas vouchers
- Preparing and submitting bank documents in relation to bank guarantees and new bank guarantees
- Submitting of all documentation in relation to credit factoring financing
- Dealing with suppliers and stakeholders in person
- Supporting in any day to day duties
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Treasury, or cashiering role coming form Hospitality, or Corporate locally
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Due to the nature of the role, the role is fully onsite
Education and experience
- A minimum of O'level in Accounting
