Senior Treasury Accountant
Our client, a growing large company in Malta is looking for a senior treasury accountant to join their team
Responsibilities:
Support cash management and funding activities across the business.
Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning and forecasting.
Maintain relationships with banking and financial partners.
Oversee payment processes and ensure effective financial controls.
Prepare treasury-related reports, analysis, and reconciliations.
Track financial obligations and support compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and financial objectives.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function.
Requirements
Previous local experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations.
Experience working with banking facilities, financing arrangements, and covenant monitoring.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field OR Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
