Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered business applications, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.
- Build and maintain workflow automation processes.
- Configure AI knowledge bases and integrate enterprise content with AI platforms.
- Participate in solution design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Develop integrations between business applications and AI services using APIs.
- Support solution testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Assist with the adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies.
- Understanding of API integrations, data structures, and system connectivity.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SQL and data integration technologies.
- Based in Malta with local experience.
