In this role, you will act as a bridge between operations and accounts. You will ensure that all services and works are documented, billed, and communicated to clients. The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background, a keen eye for detail and the ability to understand operational scopes within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Log actual project costs, collaborate with the Accounts and Senior Administration departments to issue accurate client invoices, and assist the Senior Administrator with internal audit responsibilities.
- Maintain excellent client relations through prompt and courteous service, proactively follow up with project owners on all internal and external jobs, and coordinate the department’s planning and execution activities.
- Collect paperwork, keep all operational, administrative, and records up to date, and maintain a highly organized filing system (both physical and digital).
- Assist in vetting and upkeeping security passes, perform general day-to-day administrative duties, and contribute to overall team efforts to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role is a must.
- Candidates with a relevant educational qualification will be given preference.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and internal team interactions.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Excel) and familiarity with accounting or invoicing software.
