We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations & Accounts Administrator to support our daily business operations. This versatile role combines customer support, basic accounts, logistics coordination, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Invoicing: Issue invoices, post customer payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and handle costing for incoming cargo.
Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate stock management, schedule deliveries with suppliers/logistics partners, and update e-commerce product pricing.
Customer Support: Manage company emails promptly and assist customers with inquiries and requests.
Office Administration: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems and perform day-to-day administrative tasks to support management.
Requirements
Background in office administration, basic accounts, or customer service preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with invoicing systems or e-commerce platforms is an asset.
Strong multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Professional, reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
