Our client is looking for an Office clerk to join their team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups.
  • Assisting the Accounts Department with daily data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with field technicians and coordinating communication between departments.
  • Preparing, processing, and maintaining customer documentation, quotations, and related paperwork.
  • Performing general office administration duties as required.

Requirements:

  •  Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
