Office Assistant

  Central Malta  |  Starting from €20,000 Annually 

A new opportunity is available for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and company properties. Working closely with all departments, the role involves providing administrative, logistical, and general office support.

This position is ideal for a reliable and service-oriented individual who enjoys working with people, supporting multiple teams, and balancing office duties with occasional errands. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for daily office operations
  • Assist with administrative tasks: filing, scanning, printing, document organisation
  • Inspect company apartments and properties for cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies
  • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and service providers
  • Purchase and deliver office and operational supplies as needed
  • Support setup of meetings, trainings, workshops, and events

Requirements:

  • Experience in office administration, reception, customer service, hospitality, or similar role
  • Valid Maltese driving licence and good knowledge of Malta routes
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
