A new opportunity is available for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and company properties. Working closely with all departments, the role involves providing administrative, logistical, and general office support.

Responsibilities:
Provide support for daily office operations
Assist with administrative tasks: filing, scanning, printing, document organisation
Inspect company apartments and properties for cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and service providers
Purchase and deliver office and operational supplies as needed
Support setup of meetings, trainings, workshops, and events
Requirements:
Experience in office administration, reception, customer service, hospitality, or similar role
Valid Maltese driving licence and good knowledge of Malta routes
