Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their office. This role combines office administration, facilities coordination, reception support and general admin assistance across different business functions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoices, maintain records and support general bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies, procurement and supplier relationships
  • Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and travel insurance
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting rooms and support internal and external events
  • Assist with office maintenance and coordinate external service providers
  • Welcome clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, mail and courier services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar office administration role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • A proactive and motivated character with a can do attitude
