One of our clients is looking for representatives who are responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented individual to join the new team.
Roles and responsibilities are including but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a courteous, professional, and positive experience
- Provide clear assistance and support to customers by addressing questions and requests promptly and with attention to detail
- Oversee and handle communications across various platforms, including phone calls, email correspondence, and direct in-person interactions
- Respond to, manage, and follow up on customer concerns or service-related matters in a calm, efficient, and solution-focused manner
- Accurately record and maintain daily logs, inquiries, and correspondence in compliance with internal procedures and data protection requirements

Working hours :
- Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 14:30
- Wednesday - 08:00 - 18:30
- Saturday - 08:00-12:00
Requirements
- Proficient in the use of Computer and Microsoft Office applications
- ECDL or Equivalent Certificate is an asset
- Fluent in Maltese and English in both Verbal and Writing (is a MUST)
- Ability to work without supervision
- Experience in any relevant field is a must
