Accounts Administrator

€20,000 - €30,000 Annually Full Time Intermediate (1-3 years) On Premises Closing in 26 days

Our client, a company specialising in technology and security solutions, is looking to recruit a new team member as an Accounts Administrator to join its growing team. The role offers the opportunity to support day-to-day accounting operations while working closely with management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment allocation, collections, and resolving customer queries
  • Handle accounts payable tasks such as supplier invoices, expense claims, reconciliations, and payment runs
  • Perform bank, credit card, and expense reconciliations, investigating discrepancies when needed
  • Support month-end processes, management accounts, reporting, audits, and tax compliance
  • Assist with payroll administration, including manual entry of timesheets and related data
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and requests from the CFO and management team
  • Maintain accurate finance records and provide general finance and office administration support

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

Education and experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance administration role
  • A-level qualification in Accounting or early-stage ACCA studies
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end processes
  • Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
