Our client, a company specialising in technology and security solutions, is looking to recruit a new team member as an Accounts Administrator to join its growing team. The role offers the opportunity to support day-to-day accounting operations while working closely with management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment allocation, collections, and resolving customer queries
Handle accounts payable tasks such as supplier invoices, expense claims, reconciliations, and payment runs
Perform bank, credit card, and expense reconciliations, investigating discrepancies when needed
Support month-end processes, management accounts, reporting, audits, and tax compliance
Assist with payroll administration, including manual entry of timesheets and related data
Assist with ad hoc projects and requests from the CFO and management team
Maintain accurate finance records and provide general finance and office administration support
Requirements
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
Education and Experience
1–2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance administration role
A-level qualification in Accounting or early-stage ACCA studies
Basic understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
