Junior Accountant

Our client is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team 

Responsibiities:

• Reconciles bank accounts, customer and supplier balances, and general ledger transactions.
• Processes payments and prepares cash flow and financial reports.
• Handles VAT submissions and statutory reporting requirements.
• Monitors stock records and prepares costing and manufacturing reports.
• Supports month-end closing, financial analysis, and internal control improvements.
• Coordinates with auditors, IT, and other departments to improve financial processes.
• Assists with automation projects and reporting enhancements.
• Supervises accounts clerks and supports daily finance operations.

Requirements

• Previous local work experience in a manufacturing accounts department.

Education and experience

• Qualified or partly qualified accountant, or accountant with relevant hands-on experience.
