Financial Controller

Our client is a renowned name in the FMCG sector. As they are growing they would like to employ a Finance Manager.

The Role

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities to support business performance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Monitor business performance, costs, cash flow, and profitability while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with operational management to support business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACCA, ACA, CPA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a finance management role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong analytical, commercial, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail and professional integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems, with the ability to manage financial reporting and business analysis effectively.
