Finance Officer

Our client within the trading industry are looking for two finance officers to join their team 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in preparation of monthly management accounts
• Processing accounting documents by entry of data and posting to relevant ledgers.
• Assisting in preparation of annual Financial Statements and assisting auditors during their routine audit cycle.
• Preparation of Cash Flow forecasting and budgeting.
• Performing reconciliation of settlements with counterparties.
• Processing monthly payment runs.
• Preparation of Stock Reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly EU Emissions valuations.
• Assisting on the VAT registrations in different countries.
• Control of timely settlements with suppliers and customers.
• Assisting in other reporting assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of local relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, VAT and financial reporting.

Education and experience
