Finance Officer

Our client in the Shipping and Logistics Industry is looking for a Finance Officer to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Posting and handling invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivables, and accounts payables
• Liaising with third parties and other stakeholders with regards to financial matters 
• Assisting with audits and liaising with external auditors 
• Supporting in the assisting of management accounts 
• Supporting in the day to day duties of the accounting department 

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of local experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese

Education and experience

• A Degree Level of Education, or actively studying is a must
