Finance Executive

Our client, operating within the iGaming industry, is looking for a Finance Executive to join their growing team and support the accounting function, working closely with an outsourced accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the bookkeeping duties 
• Supporting in reconcilitations 
• Handling the company card expenses 
• Preparing all bank statements and finance reports for the external accountants 
• Supporting with checking of time and attendance of payroll 
• Handling the payables and receivables of the company 
• Supporting in the day to day corporate documentation needed
• Supporting with due diligence process 
• Supporting with any administration needed
• Handling any ad hoc projects 

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of local experience working in accounting in a similar role
• Candidates with previous experience in Xero would be given priority
• Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
