Finance Executive

We are working with a legal firm, who are looking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their growing accounts team. 

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Recording invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately
• Assisting with the preparation and reconciliation of bank statements
• Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reports
• Providing assistance with payroll administration and processing
• Ensuring assigned tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines under supervision

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in accounting or finance
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good written and spoken English
