Our client, a leading retail store is looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator to join their team.
Main responsibilities include:
Proactively following up on overdue accounts through telephone, email, and written correspondence, including the issuance of account statements and payment reminder letters when required.
Responding to and resolving customer queries related to outstanding balances and payment issues in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately posting and allocating customer payments within the accounting system.
Handling and resolving internal queries concerning customer payments and account reconciliations.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all customer, financial, and service-related information.
Performing any additional duties and responsibilities as required to support the efficient operation of the department.
