Clients Accounts Associate

Our client is seeking an accounts associate to join their team of professionals as part of their growing team. 

Duties:

• Postings in the sales and purchase ledger, posting of receipts and payments, 
• Bank and other reconciliations, 
• Generation and submission of VAT returns and recapitulative statements, 
• Payroll preparation and submission on a monthly basis, 
• Preparation of accounts to be passed for audit & management accounts,
• Ensuring all deadlines by clients are met on time
• Any limitations found during the conduct of the work, should be communicated with the accounts manager at once.
• The employee should prepare the closure of the accounts and prepare a client’s file for the auditors

Requirements

• Work should be done in a professional manner, and with level of technical capabilities expected from person on the basis of his/level of education.
• Attention to detail should be given during the conduct of the work.
• The Employee should keep updated on technical and other developments

Education and experience

• Masters in Accountancy or ACCA qualification
