Client Accounts Manager

Our client, a Corporate Service Provider is looking for a Client Accounts Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the preparation, review and quality assurance of financial statements and other accounting outputs
• Ensure the team operates in line with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable legislation, regulations, guidelines and recognised industry practices.
• Oversee the planning, prioritisation and distribution of workloads within the team
• Carry out performance evaluations and annual appraisals
• Supervise the bookkeeping function,
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, intermediaries and professional adviser
• Attend meetings with existing and prospective clients, contributing to client relationship management and supporting business development activities when required.
• Provide ongoing leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members, encouraging a collaborative, high-performing and client-oriented environment with a strong focus on continuous development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role locally, coming from a client accounting background
• Ideally having some experience in managing a team
