Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Audit Supervisor/Manager to join their growing audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising audit engagements, managing the audit team, and ensuring high-quality audit delivery in line with applicable standards and deadlines.
Duties include:
Plan, supervise, and review statutory audit engagements for a portfolio of clients
Lead the audit team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately
Review audit working papers and financial statements in accordance with ISAs and IFRS/GAPSME
Act as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements
Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations
Ensure compliance with internal quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
Mentor, train, and support junior audit staff
Assist managers and partners with reporting, deadlines, and client relationship management
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in audit, preferably within a professional services firm
University/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing
Experience supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
