Accounts Payable Officer (Part-time)

Our client a leading global organisation specialising in Asset Integrity Management, Inspection, and specialised Repair & Maintenance services is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer on Part time basis.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase ledgers.
• Initiate, coordinate, and monitor purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Manage and oversee supplier invoice processing and ensure timely and accurate recording.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, including reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payment requests at scheduled and controlled intervals.
• Maintain accurate electronic records of accounting transactions, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple legal entities, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Requirements

• 2 years+ of experience working in a similar role
