Accounts Officer

Our client is on the look out for an Accounts officer to join their team.

What you'll be doing

• Issuing invoices, statements and monitoring receivables
• Day to day book-keeping, recording of invoices and payments
• Monitoring payables
• Issuing of payments
• Maintaining and reconciling expense schedules
• Participate in reports formuation and presentation
• Bank reconciliations

Requirements

• 2+ years of local work experience in Accounts
• Experience with Shireburn, Sage and Microsoft Office applications will be considered an asset
• An excellent command of English and Maltese
• Able to work with minimal supervision
