Accounts Officer
Our client is looking for 2 candidates to join their accounting team within various levels.
Responsbilities:
Candidates with limited experience will cover the below duties:
Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions;
Reconciling supplier statements and processing payments to creditors;
Chasing debtors and processing payments to creditors; and,
Processing invoices, recording payments and keeping track of expenses.
Candidates with more experience will cover the below duties :
Performing bank, intercompany and supplier reconciliations
Posting of monthly journals
Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reimbursements
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
Performing other accounting and finance-related duties as required
Requirements
Previous local experience in a similar role
Education and Experience
In possession of an 'O' level or A’ Level in Accounts, AAT qualification, or currently in the early stages of ACCA
