Our client, specialising in natural surfaces market, is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.
Main responsibilities include :
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including transactions, reconciliations, journals, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger integrity, and audit documentation.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance reporting.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost allocations to support business performance.
- Implement and maintain financial controls, compliance processes, and supplier governance.
- Oversee invoicing, receivables, and collections to support effective cash flow management.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure statutory compliance.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to support management and Board decision-making.
- Support HR administration through employee record maintenance, HR documentation, and accurate data entry into HR and payroll systems.
- Work closely with management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department and support key business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in IT, with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
