Accounts Executive

Our client, an international company is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to take responsibility of the accounting function. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities: 

• Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accurate fee allocation and account maintenance
• Record, allocate, and reconcile incoming payments across multiple payment channels
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account statements
• Prepare debtor reports, ageing analysis, cash flow tracking, and management reports
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve unmatched transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Support tax-related submissions and verification processes
• Assist with compliance, audit requirements, and general finance operations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of local experience in a similar role
• Someone who is flexible, resilient, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Shows interpersonal and organizational skills
• A team player who values collaboration and cultural diversity.

Education and Experience

• A certificate in Accounting or Finance, or in the early stages of ACCA qualification
