Accounts Executive - Client Accounting

We’re looking for an Accounts Executive to join our client’s finance team. While the role will primarily involve internal responsibilities, particularly debtor follow-ups, there’s also the opportunity to gain exposure to client accounting for those who wish to broaden their experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Posting of sales invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Chasing outstanding debtors and managing aged debt reports
• Preparing monthly financial reports for management review
• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow tracking
• Handling a portfolio of clients 

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role locally, with debtor chasing experience
• Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
