Accounts Executive - Client Accounting

Our client, a small and well-established Corporate Services Provider (CSP), is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of predominantly international clients, handling all aspects of client accounting while gaining exposure to a diverse range of industries and business structures.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records
• Posting of sales invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow tracking
• Handle VAT returns and related VAT compliance requirements
• Assist in compiling and producing Tax computations and Tax Returns
• Preparing monthly financial reports for management review
• Handling a portfolio of international clients, mostly yachting industries apart from others

Salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• VAT/Tax experience is considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written English
• A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Eager to learn, develop professionally, and broaden their technical knowledge.

Education and experience

• Ideally actively studying ACCA is considered an asset
• Previous experience in accounting, ideally within a CSP or client accounting environment is a must
