Accounts Executive - Client Accounting

Our client, a small CSP in the Accounting industry is looking seeking a motivated individual to join their growing Business Outsourcing team in Accounts. This department focuses on bookkeeping, management accounting, payroll outsourcing, and VAT compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions
• Handling reconciliations 
• Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other required reporting
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance requirements
• Provide support to management and senior colleagues as needed

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in accounting locally
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
