Accounts Assistant

Our client in the Shipping Industry is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handling posting of invoices
• Handling reconcilations 
• Handling payments and bank deposits 
• Supporting with receivables and payables 
• Supporting with payroll 
• Supporting with HR and administrative duties 

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of local experience working in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese
