Accountant
Our client is seeking to recruit an Accountant to join a growing construction company.
Duties include:
Maintain full accounting records
Prepare monthly management accounts
Prepare cash flow forecasts
Monitor company financial performance and profitability
Assist directors in financial decision-making
Handle project costing
Manage supplier invoice, Subcontractor payments and Payment schedules
Handling client billing and collections
Handling compliance and statutory requirements
Improve financial processes and controls
Requirements
Minimum 3 years local accounting experience
Experience within the construction industry is required
Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
Fluency in Maltese and English is required
rong understanding of job costing, cash flow management, and supplier/contractor payments.
