KONNEKT was one of the sponsors of this year’s FinanceMalta Annual Conference, which was held on May 21st at the Hilton, St Julian’s. The Annual conference aims to provide insight for industry professionals to achieve and maintain a high level of excellence in their daily work practices and methodologies.
This year's FinanceMalta Conference was entitled, 'Malta’s Financial Services Industry: Building on Success, Reaching New Horizons' and was targeted at key players in this industry who seek potential and growth for their business. The event saw more than 300 professionals from the Financial industry, come together to listen, learn and discuss developments taking place in the local and international financial services sector. Josef Said, Managing Director at KONNEKT, together with a team of professional client relationship executives specialising in Finance and Legal recruitment, were in attendance.
KONNEKT has recently set up specialised teams for Finance & Legal and IT & iGaming, driven by the increase in demand for expert selection in these sectors. KONNEKT also handles recruitment for positions at all levels and across different functions, including administration, manufacturing, engineering, human resources, marketing, digital media, sales and business development. Over the first quarter of 2015, the team has been undergoing training in finance, information technology and law to further strengthen their knowledge and expertise when dealing with clients from these industries.
This year, KONNEKT celebrates eight years in operation - an occasion which was inaugurated by a record growth in both employees and office space.
