Responsibilities:

  • Being a central point of contact to the staff with regards to technical support requests, guiding employees in the usage of IT systems and improving the user experience of the existing technologies.
  • Tackling issues related to endpoint devices and peripherals, as well as installation and administration.
  • Managing support communication channels (ex.: IT Service Helpdesk) according to service level objectives of the IT Department.
  • Supporting operational business activities along with high experienced IT professionals.
  • Having a deep understanding when it comes to the company's technology stack.
  • Keeping technical documentation up to date.
  • Delegating operational duties on business systems, office productivity and infrastructure.
  • Assisting in induction, training and any other activities in order to support the security culture and IT security policies within the company.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is nice to have, but NOT required.
  • A true passion for technology, with a customer-obsessed mentality.
  • The ability to work in a team, but at the same time the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Education & Experience

  • A degree in IT or a related field.
  • Relevant vendor certifications will be considered an asset.
